Report a Lost or Stolen Marine Bank Debit Card

During normal business hours: Speak to one of our personal bankers. Click here to find the location nearest you.

After normal business hours: Call our Hot Card Service Center at 888-297-3416. This number is for lost or stolen debit cards only. For assistance with other matters (card not working, PIN reset, damaged card, etc...), please contact one of our personal bankers during normal business hours.

From within Online Banking:  Login and click Settings.  Under the ATM/Debit Card menu, check the box beneath Lost/Stolen and next to the appropriate card.  Click Submit.  

From within Mobile Banking:  Login and click the menu icon in the top left corner.  Tap on Accounts, the account nickname the card is linked to,  Manage Cards, and then the card number.  You can temporarily freeze the card using the switch next to the card number, or permanently hot card it using the Lost/Stolen button.  

Remember to always contact your personal banker after flagging your Debit Card as lost or stolen to order a new card.
