Meet Monica Shelton

Fluent in Client Satisfaction

Born in Peru, South America, Monica studied languages and worked as a bilingual office administrator for a few years before coming to the United States. Once here, she honed her professional management and customer service skills in the retail, e-commerce, and finance sectors at Dillard’s, a Radial/eBay call center, and TD Bank respectively.

In November of 2018, Monica joined Marine’s Melbourne team as a personal banker, a role that allowed her to build relationships while providing exceptional service.

Monica is married and has a son who lives in Orlando and a stepdaughter in Arizona.   When she’s not providing client solutions, she enjoys relaxing and meditating at her happy place – the beach.  She loves to travel and cheer on the Orlando City Soccer Club (MLS) and the Orlando Pride (National Women’s Soccer League).
