Meet Kevin Metoff
Credit Analyst. Housing Activist.
Having years of experience as a commercial lender, Marine Bank’s Vice President, Credit Administration Kevin Metoff brings unique insight to his current position. “I know what lenders experience when working with commercial borrowers which enables me to help structure loans that are in the best interest of the borrower and the bank.”
Ohio native Kevin joined Marine Bank in October 2020 as a credit analyst. “I appreciate that every commercial loan is unique. There’s no cookie-cutter solution. It’s very rewarding to work closely with the local decision-makers to create financing solutions that help local businesses grow and our community thrive.”
Born in Toledo, Ohio, Kevin attended the University of Toledo. He lives in Merritt Island with his wife of 25 years, Dale, and their cats. In his free time, he enjoys a round or two of golf and cheering on the Buckeyes in college football.
A longtime volunteer, Kevin currently serves as the board treasurer for North Brevard Charities, an organization which provides compassionate support and assistance to the vulnerable populations in North Brevard County. Having previously completed three terms as the board chair, Kevin has witnessed the organization’s many successes including increasing the number of housing units available from five to more than 30. “Housing provides more than shelter, it offers dignity, hope and a chance to thrive.”
