The Faces of Marine Bank

Taydra’s banking career began with a temporary teller position at a big bank during college.  However, after advancing to head teller and learning that banking extended far beyond routine teller line transactions, she was intrigued.

In 2018, she joined Marine Bank as a personal banker and transitioned into commercial lending where she is now the senior commercial loan processor. Even though she is no longer client facing, her “behind-the-scenes” work to properly document commercial loans and drive the closing process enables Marine Bank clients to achieve their business goals.

“I love what I do especially when it comes to commercial lending and community banking. There is always something to learn with the ever-evolving real estate industry.  The gratification of assisting small businesses is hard to beat.”

Taydra is always looking for ways to streamline processes, problem solve, and always goes the extra step - figuratively and literally.  She recently placed first in Select Source’s Every Step Counts Statewide Walking Challenge with 245,776 steps over four weeks.

When Taydra is not at the bank, she can be found with her family at the Springs, SeaWorld, Urban Air, or cruising during the summer. She is also a big Miami Dolphin and Miami Hurricanes football fan.
